At Staey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and protective liners are intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; you will receive a notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.
